If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Custom Neon, accessible from http://customneon.live/
• You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

CustomNeon offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. CustomNeon will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault.

All our pieces are made by hand to order, meaning each design is as unique as yours! For custom pieces, cancellations or returns can not be accepted 24 business hours after payment is submitted. All sales are final once placed on the website.

Returns Procedure

Cancellations or returns on custom orders can not be accepted 24 business hours after payment submission.

Please contact us at info@customneon.live to briefly explain which products you wish to return and why, attaching a short video and photos of your sign. Please note that we require a video for diagnostic and quality purposes. We will be in touch to resolve the issue within 3 business days.

If a return has been agreed please note that the faulty item must be returned in its original condition with all of its original packaging.

If a return has been agreed the faulty item must be returned for inspection by CustomNeon within 14 days after delivery.

If a full or partial refund has been agreed upon, we will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
