HOW LONG DO LED NEON LIGHT LAST?

The LED bulbs we use for signs are exceptionally long-lasting compared to traditional bulbs or gas-based neon signs. The average life expectancy is 30,000-50,000 working hours or over six years.

ARE THESE LED NEON SIGNS HEAVY?

LED neon is extremely lightweight! Most CustomNeon signs, including the acrylic backboard, weigh between 6 and 11 pounds on average, allowing you to hang them on your wall without any concern.

IS HANGING UP THE LED NEON SIGN EASY?

Yes. Every sign we make has a transparent contour cut acrylic back that is laser cut to the same shape as the sign. This backing is perfectly hidden behind the sign. The backing includes pre-drilled holes that make hanging/mounting it on a wall or other surface simple.

Absolutely! All of our signs come with a 12-month warranty on electrical components. If you have any issues with your lights, please let us know as soon as possible!

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently ship all of our LED neon sign products to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, all South American countries, and most countries in Europe. Each sign is constructed with a suitable plug and a 110-240 V AC adapter to ensure proper function.

WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DO YOU USE TO SHIP THE SIGNS?

We take the utmost care to ensure your neon sign arrives in great condition. Each sign is shipped with ample bubble wrap inside a corrugated cardboard box.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SIGN ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, we cannot control everything that happens once your LED neon sign leaves our facility. If you receive a damaged or broken sign, contact us immediately via email.
